  • L2 decomposition
  • prior-art collision needed
  • L3 status
  • S0–S5 survival
  • new questions
  • integration claim

Rules: no silent repair; preserve modality/quantifiers; do not keep/reject whole paragraphs when claims can be separated; formula appearance does not increase evidential status.
